This page details my personal execution plan using principles of Agile methodology. I operate in "Sprints" of one week with a strategic planning and retrospective session every Sunday to define the upcoming week's objectives.
For daily task management within each Sprint, I employ a GTD (Getting Things Done) approach. This allows me to capture and organize emergent tasks in a flexible checklist, ensuring I can adapt quickly while maintaining focus on my core goals. This hybrid system provides a robust weekly structure while allowing for the agility to manage tasks as they arise.
