Roles & Responsibilities
- Main Game Developer: Birgithe: Focuses on character design (2D + 3D), environment design(2D + 3D), game mechanics, coding, and level creation.
- Main Branding Designer: Harmony: Focuses on character design (2D + 3D), branding, packaging, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborative Work: Both creators will support coding, game testing, and ensuring cohesion.
Phase 1: Planning & Conceptualization (December 16 - January 5)
Duration: 3 weeks
- Goals: Define the project scope, assign responsibilities, and finalize the concept.
- Tasks:
- Brainstorm game level ideas (setting, theme, objectives).
- Determine character roles, appearance, and backstory.
- Research 3D printing requirements.
- Draft initial timeline and resource list.
Deliverables:
- Detailed project outline.
- Mood boards for the game and branding design.
Phase 2: Character Design & Asset Creation (January 6 - February 16)
