Before we begin:

Remember to speak your thoughts out loud as you interact with the platform. You can talk about:

1. What you see

2. What you like/don't like

3. How you feel about it

… and so on.

For example, you can say-

"I see this menu on the left side, it looks different!"

or

"Hmm, I'm not sure what this is. It's a little confusing."

When you start doing the tasks, we would like you tell us what you're doing step by step so we can capture your thoughts in real-time.

What Now?

We will provide you with FIVE day-to-day tasks to complete. We would like to have your honest feedback on what you think about the platform: the way it's structured, the way it is navigated, how useful it is, etc.

Please read through the instructions fully before each task and remember to “think out loud” as you do so.
