This page explains a few advanced features of the Scannable Tower application, including reader Selection options, managing serialization sessions, language support, and how to assign suppliers so factories only see the sessions relevant to them.

🗃️ 1. Managing Serialization Sessions

When you create multiple serial sessions in the Scannable Web App, they will all appear inside the Tower application.

Creating Additional Sessions

  1. Go to the Web App → Serialization

  2. Create a new session with product and quantity details.

  3. In the Tower App, press Refresh Session and your additional capture serial sessions appear

Toggling a Session On/Off

If you want to hide a session from the Tower:

  1. Click the three dots next to a session in the Web App from the Serialisation Dashboard.
  2. Go to the serial session that is active and select Toggle Status.
  3. The session becomes Inactive and disappears from the Tower list.
