Welcome to ScanSecure! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScanSecure mobile application (the "App"), operated by 5010137 Ontario Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purposes. You also agree not to interfere with the App’s normal operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Some features of the App may require a one-time purchase or ongoing subscription. All transactions are processed securely through Apple’s in-app payment system. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
All content and software within the App is the property of 5010137 Ontario Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will detect all hidden cameras or suspicious devices, nor that it will operate without errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5010137 Ontario Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
