By downloading, installing, or using Scan Square (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
All materials and content provided within the App are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) provided by Scan Square for personal, non-commercial, and transitory use only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license you may not: • Modify or copy the materials; • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the App; • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the materials; • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server or platform.
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Scan Square at any time. Upon termination, you must delete or destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
The App and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scan Square makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation: • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights; • Any representations regarding accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials or features provided within the App.
You use the App at your own risk.
In no event shall Scan Square, its developers, partners, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Scan Square has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials and features appearing within Scan Square may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Scan Square does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. The App may be updated or changed at any time without notice, but Scan Square makes no commitment to update such materials.
Scan Square offers both free and premium features, which may be accessed through one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. • Subscription details, including pricing, duration, and available features, are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. • Prices may vary depending on your country and local currency. • Free trial offers, if available, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, at the rate of the selected plan. • Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be disabled, through your account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. • Cancellation of an active subscription period is not permitted.
