I tbs yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cooking oil
1 egg
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 stick of butter
Hotdogs sausage
In a small bowl mix water , yeast , sugar, salt , cooking oil, and an eggs and mix and eat aside
Add 2 cups of flour and add in the mixture
Start kneading the dough until softened
Add half a stick of butter and continue kneading
Set aside for 1 hr until it rises.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out
Place the hotdogs in the middle and make slices on the dough
Wrap the hotdogs and place on a baking sheet tray lined with aluminum foil
