Strengths
- Seamless onboarding via Google to get personalized recommendations
- Clear CTA for "Find your next event"
- Clean design (tiled layout)
- Subcategories clearly identified with filters
- Mobile friendly
- Sub menus & clear hierarchy
- Footer has sub menus that are not as relevant
- Every event is tagged and detailed description for validity
- Ability to choose other events you may like once you choose an event
- Ability to view events without a login
- "See more" button allows the user to choose whether to have more options
Weakness
- Offer other options for payments
- overload of notifications - emails, messaging, and in app notifications
- Description of event page too simple, could add a bit more jazz to it instead of template style
Opportunities
- Since we're already logged in, it has the option of choosing my location, however, it should show you events based off distance.
- Create a map view
- A different view of showing it in a calendar format
- Opportunities for nonprofits to get discounted pricing
Threats
- Price too high for processing
- Lot more customization required for collecting information of users when they sign up for an event
