Trainline, London, UK (Nov 2017 — Dec 2020)
The first, and only product designer to be hired into the Trainline Solutions (formerly T4B) business unit looking after the carrier white label solutions product suite. I set up the product team's ways of working, established a design vision following full product audits and set up accessibility criteria guidelines, a user testing framework and reporting system, a design library, a component library and end-to-end UX/UI for the product suite. Now looking after the CS Agent Booking Flow and the Admin Tool.
