What is it:
An AI-powered voice receptionist designed to handle missed and after-hours calls for a plumbing business. It automatically answers incoming calls, collects caller details (name, email, contact number), and identifies whether the request is an emergency.
Emergency cases are flagged and instantly notified to the client, while non-urgent requests are guided through appointment scheduling within predefined working hours. The system also captures the customer’s issue, logs all interaction data, and sends a complete summary to the client after each call.
That triggers when a gmail is sent by a specific gmail to the inbox and then logs the info and data in the database (CRM, and then sends an email to the client that the invoice is logged into the system)
