Summary of work done

Sam provided a negative chart example: stacked vertical monthly bars with multiple color segments and a legend for TV, Radio, and OTT. I captured this as a banned Command Center pattern so future dashboard work does not drift toward that visual style.

Added docs/design/chart-style-rules.md with clear guidance:

• Prefer ranked horizontal bars for category comparisons.
• Put measured categories on the vertical side.
• Let values move left to right.
• Use one primary bar color per chart unless a second color has a clear meaning.
• Put values at the end of each bar.
• Keep every visible number source-linked.
• Avoid stacked vertical bars for core operating dashboards.
• Avoid legend-dependent decoding, heavy gridlines, large empty plot space, hidden values, and multi-color stacks.

Updated README.md to list the new chart-style rules file under key files.
