• Renamed the hub tile from Open Treatment Damages to Treatment Damages Total.
• Renamed report 00OUV00000CAK1l2AH to Sam Hub - Treatment Damages All Open.
• Converted these reports to tabular, ungrouped lists sorted by Total Damages descending:
  • Sam Hub - Treatment Damages All Open
  • Sam Hub - Treatment Damages 50k+
  • Sam Hub - Treatment Damages 100k+
• Kept incident date, days since incident, rating, rating explanation, total damages, minimum known coverage, and injuries on the damages reports.
• Removed provider display columns from Primary Provider Missing and Exacta Aptiva Drive Check.

Validation

• First check-only deploy 0AfUV000001Z2pZ0AS failed only because Salesforce report names max at 40 characters.
• Check-only deploy 0AfUV000001Z2rB0AS succeeded with SamHubTreatmentQaControllerTest.getDashboardReturnsExpectedShape.
• Live deploy 0AfUV000001Z2uP0AS succeeded with the same test.
• Live Apex readback confirmed tile Treatment Damages Total value 6904385.41 links to /lightning/r/Report/00OUV00000CAK1l2AH/view.
• Live Analytics describe confirmed the three damages reports are TABULAR, have no groupings, and sort by litify_pm__Total_Damages__c descending.
• Live Analytics describe across all eight Treatment QA reports found no displayed Provider, Providers Seen, Current Treatment Plan, or Source Match columns.

No Litify business records were changed.
