Session overview

The June 10 Sam Hub session built a live executive homepage and then upgraded the dashboard presentation while preserving original report/dashboard metric sources.

What was completed

• Improved the Sam Hub executive homepage presentation.
• Preserved the existing trusted dashboard/report source model.
• Kept native fallback visibility so the original metrics could still be inspected.
• Captured the rollout as a memory summary for future dashboard work.

What was tried and did not work

• The session avoided replacing the metric model with a new one because Sam had indicated the original metrics/layout were already trusted.

Decisions and reasoning

• Improve presentation around trusted source metrics instead of changing the analytical basis.
• Keep fallback/source visibility for confidence and troubleshooting.

Rollback or recovery instructions

Use the native dashboard/report fallback and git/source artifacts from the rollout summary to compare or revert UI changes. Do not replace source metrics without explicit metric-model review.

Current state

Needs follow-up. Presentation work was advanced; source/fallback discipline should remain part of future changes.
