What I can do with this integration

With the Droyd <> Salesforce integration, you will be able to create metrics using the data in your CRM.

All the data is at your hand, from standard objects to custom objects and fields.

How to connect to Salesforce ?

1. Go to the Integrations page and then New app.
2. Click on Connect
3. Log into your Salesforce account in the page you are redirected to.
4. Authorize the Droyd app, you will be redirected to the Integrations page

Metrics

You have two options to create metrics in the Salesforce integration :

• Query Builder
• SalesForce Report

Query Builder

The Query Builder lets you create metrics in Droyd from scratch, dynamically fetching your Salesforce configuration and fields.

In this scenario, a metric is built with :

• a target object : the main object on which you wish to query data

<aside> 💡 If you want to query the amount won : the object you're looking for is Opportunities

• an aggregation : the sum, the count, the average etc...
• a target field : the field that you wish to perform the aggregation on
• a list of filters (optional) :
  • a field from the target object, ex: Close Date, Stage, Owner ...
  • an operator : equals, not equals, greater than, contains ...
  • a filter value : this_quarter, Closed Won, John Doe ...
