After working on the Company's V/TO, the Sales and Marketing teams should also determine and document their own Visions, which will determine how they determine and execute on their priorities, based on the V/TO, the Company Rocks for the Year, and for each Quarter. This aligns and brings the Business team together, and helps prioritise and re-focus if needed.
