About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify good-fit customers and educate them about Useberry through prospecting and lead qualification.

You will build the prospective contact base through market research using marketing-generated leads and proactive outreach using a range of communication methods such as email, calling campaigns, and LinkedIn to provide the sales team with qualified leads to engage in the sales process.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Leadership Teams to define sales methodology and achieve shared sales revenue targets. As a new function for the business, there will be plenty of opportunities to take ownership and apply your own ideas and best practices to the role. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

The primary focus for you is to be responsible for targeting new business and growing key assigned accounts. You will become a key player in the commercial team, contributing towards the company’s growth and scale.
