Lang.ai has grown rapidly since raising a $2M seed round in February as the no-code Service Automation platform empowering customer support teams to visually build AI models and automation logic (escalations, triaging, deflection, agent guidance) on top of the systems of record (Zendesk, Salesforce) that they already use.
We are looking to expand the Sales team with a Sales Development Representative that wants to join a fast-growing startup. As one of the first members of the Lang.ai Sales team, your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and help us meet our ambitious vision to become a category-defining company for Service Automation.
Your main goal will be to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Sales team.
You will be a representative of the Lang.ai brand and the crucial first touchpoint for our new, soon-to-be customers.
