What we look for
We're hiring for January a full time BDR that will work in the sales team together with our co-founder Alessandro.
You will become the engine of our growth, taking ownership of the outbound sales process and helping us expand Vocations’ presence in the Recruiting and HRTech ecosystem.

Responsibility
- Manage the entire pre-sales funnel, from pipeline creation to onboarding.
- Execute high-volume outbound activity: cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers in the Recruiting sector.
- Conduct discovery calls, support demo meetings, and nurture early-stage opportunities.
- Track all activities and progress using HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with the founding team to refine outreach, identify new verticals, and optimize the sales process.
Skills
Required:
- Minimum 1 previous experience in B2B Sales. If SaaS or Tech company is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Confident use of CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Analytical thinking and curiosity for metrics and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with the HRTech or recruiting ecosystem.
Compensation & Benefits
- RAL: 25k + 10k OTE
- Commission: Uncapped performance-based bonus structure.

- Hybrid Mode: we have an office in Turin in OGR, we recommend to come in presence at least 4 days a week, but we are not rigid.
- Equipment: a new MacBook Air (M3/M4).
- Startup Exposure: You’ll witness a company being built from scratch. In 6 months here, you’ll learn things that might take years elsewhere.
Selection Process

- Introductory Call – A relaxed first conversation to get to know each other and answer your initial questions.
- Experience Deep-Dive – A chronological interview where we’ll explore your past roles, decisions, and learnings in depth.
- Role Play – You will come to our office in Turin to make a role-play assessment.
- Cultural Fit Interview – A final chat with members of our founding team to make sure we align on mindset, values, and ambitions.
We aim to move fast — typically within 6 weeks from first call to final decision.
