This document contains concrete items to check off during the onboarding process, as well as a reference for important information throughout your co-op term.

Workspaces

For the first week, it is mandatory that the first three days is in-person, in E5, at ~10AM (No longer required due to E5 access issues). The rest of the week can be remote work. For subsequent weeks, aim for at least 3 days in-person. The total working hours needs to be 40/week, however there is flexibility as to what time you will start and end.

The key physical locations to familiarize yourself with are

Ensure that you can access these rooms comfortably using your Watcard.

Additionally, ensure you can log in to and use the Orbital PC in Orbital’s bay in E5 2001

Key Personnel

You can contact each person here through Discord (with the exception of the SDC people - either email or talk to them in person). People who will be on/near campus are bolded.

• Manager: Kashif
  • Duties: administrative work, day-to-day check ins, co-op evaluations, project management, technical guidance

In addition to the manager, there are others you can approach for help or guidance.
