Sacred Pause is designed to be calm, simple, and respectful of your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled by the app today. The experience is primarily local-first, meaning most of your data stays on your device.
Sacred Pause stores certain preferences on your device so the app can function as intended. This may include your selected apps, prayer timing, reminders, and other settings you configure.
We do not require an account, and we do not maintain a central user database tied to your identity for everyday use.
If you choose to enable Screen Time features, Sacred Pause uses Apple’s system frameworks to apply app restrictions based on your selections.
These permissions are handled by iOS and use privacy-protecting tokens. Sacred Pause does not have access to detailed usage data beyond what is required to apply your chosen settings.
Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles billing, renewals, and payment details.
Sacred Pause does not receive your full payment information.
If you enable notifications, Sacred Pause may send reminders based on the schedule you set.
Notification permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings.
