Greetings!

We hope you all are safe and doing well. As we all know, our country is in the grip of a severe health crisis which includes a lot of emotional & mental repercussions for all of us. We are aware that many of you are affected by the second wave of Covid-19 and are struggling with your own battles - to sustain and to survive.

We, the students of Department of Psychology, Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi have come together and collated this Mental Health Resources Collection called as ‘Saarthi’. The aim of this self-help Mental Health Resource Collection is to facilitate you to guide yourself towards emotional and mental well-being in these testing times. Given the current scenario, not all of us can procure counseling or mental health support, but we all can have access to some of the resources that can help us feel better. We have collated various resources on Stress, Anxiety, Loneliness, Self-Harm, Grief, Academic issues, etc. It is a dynamic resource which will keep on evolving and getting better. With time, you will find more and more resources being added to it.

Hope ‘Saarthi’ helps you to be your and someone else’s Saarthi too!
