How do I get accurate prayer times?
Allow location access when the app asks. MyNour uses your location to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction.
How do I turn on prayer reminders?
Go to Settings and enable prayer reminders. You’ll get a notification shortly before each prayer time.
I restored my device / installed on a new phone. How do I restore my Premium subscription?
Open the app and tap Restore purchases on the paywall (during onboarding) or in Settings. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
My subscription isn’t showing as active.
Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the correct Apple ID. Tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn’t work, check your subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select MyNour, and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the current period.
