These panels are designed to consolidate Blender’s most frequently used tools into one convenient place. You can show or hide each panel via the Display Settings (⚙️) icon at the top of the N-Panel.
1. Transform Section
Object Mode
Displays transformation data for the selected object:
- Active Object Name: Shows the Object name and Data block (e.g., Mesh, Curve)
- Copy Name (↓): Copies the Object name to the Data block
- Find in Outliner (🔍): Locates the selected object in the Outliner
- Viewport Display (↓): Opens popup to adjust object display settings
- Location, Rotation, Scale: X/Y/Z input fields with lock buttons (🔒)
- Dimensions: Shows object size (X, Y, Z)
- Rotation Mode: Dropdown to select rotation mode (Euler, Quaternion, etc.)
Edit Mode – Mesh
When editing a mesh, the panel shows vertex and edge data:
- Median / Vertex: Displays the center of selected vertices
- Space Mode (Global / Local): Choose world or object coordinates
Vertices Data:
- Mean Bevel / Bevel: Average bevel weight
- Mean Crease / Crease: Average crease
