  The issue stems from .json files created in SUPERTABs v1.3.0, specifically due to a bug in the Quick Shortcut updates.

  Some addon panels have code that forces their UI to always stay at the top. I’ve tried to fix this by setting the SUPERTABs UI to a higher priority.

  [Limitation: Due to Blender API limits, I cannot directly manage the panel order of other addons, so some may still experience this issue.]
