1. Sync Masters taking too long

Cause: Large Tally data

Fix:

• Keep Tally open
• Keep AiA Connector running
• Wait for the full sync

2. Data appearing incomplete

Fix:

• Re-open Tally company
• Re-sync
• Check dashboard filters (date range)

3. No data on dashboard

Cause: Wrong company connected

Fix:

• Disconnect
• Reconnect correct company
