Step 2a Issues – Downloading AiA Connector

1. Chrome/Edge blocking the file

Cause: Browser flags unknown EXE

Fix:

• Chrome: Downloads → Keep Dangerous File
• Edge: Keep → Keep Anyway

2. Antivirus blocking download

Cause: Strict AV

Fix:

• Temporarily disable antivirus
• Download file
• Add AiA Connector to Exceptions
• Re-enable antivirus

3. Download link not working

Cause: Weak internet or browser cache
