This spike is created to investigate what is required architecture, database, and level of effort to implement "Save a Draft" for post done by Individuals and Organization.

• User will have an ability to click on "Save Draft" and save their unpublished post somewhere in the database.
• Under Profile > My Profile, the user will see "My Drafts" or similar next to "My Activity" with a similar view of the unpublished posts.
• The engineer will require to research these requirements for the implementation, confirm if we have enough resources and architecture available, and estimate the level of effort to implement.
• Bonus Research: Can we add "My Draft" view under Help Board section after user signs in? Please provide level of effort if PO decides to implement.
