SPEAKERS CHECKLIST

• [ ] Confirm your Zoom software is up-to-date
• [ ] PowerPoint sent
• [ ] Phone number provided for communications
• [ ] Check camera position, room light, and clean lens. Practice turning camera on and off.
• [ ] Check audio. Practice turning mic on and off.
• [ ] Test chat. Practice using Zoom chat with the hosts for any questions.
• [ ] Confirm Speaker has access to Summit Coordination Team phone numbers and Aspen Tech support (see below).
