• Email Address: Used solely for authentication and account recovery. Your email is securely hashed (SHA-256) in our database and is never visible to other users.
• Anonymous Username: Automatically generated at signup (e.g., "GentleBreeze42"). This is the only identity visible to others. You can change it once per month.
• User-Generated Content: Your posts ("souffles"), comments, reactions, and private messages.
• Profile Information: Your chosen avatar (auto-generated illustration), bio, and mood indicator.
