Emergency Issues

Process Overview

Process Description	Protocol for stabilizing the situation, coordinating emergency response, escalating to contractors/authorities, and managing communication.
Purpose	To provide a clear response framework for handling emergencies that may threaten guest safety, staff safety, property integrity, or business continuity.
Scope	Applies to all Havn-operated houses and covers emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, severe weather, water or heating failure, security breaches, and structural damage.
Frequency	As needed in response to emergencies.

Guiding Principles

Record every incident to operations@havn.world. This must be done for every emergency, no matter how minor it seems.
Your log entry must include: date, time, people involved, a description of what happened, photos or videos where possible, and all actions taken.
Keep all receipts and service reports. These are required for insurance claims and must not be discarded.

In any emergency: Personal safety comes first. Work through the steps below in order. Stay calm, communicate clearly, and do not take unnecessary risks.
