In order to comply with all legal regulations, it is crucial to add a section to your existing Terms of Service that covers the SMS marketing-related agreements. We created a template that you can add at the end of your existing Terms of Service document. Make sure you replace the [bracketed] elements with your own brand's name/address.

<aside> 💡 Please note that we assume no legal responsibility for the legal documents of your business. Make sure you consult with your legal advisor familiar with TCPA before updating your Terms of Service to avoid any inconvenient legal consequence.
