Task completed. The objective was to make sure staff cannot use the visible SMS Magic surface in Litify to send messages now that SMS Magic is supposed to be deprecated.
Removed the staff-facing SMS tab or SMS Magic instruction surface from these live Lightning FlexiPages:
Collapsible_Matter_PageLitify_Party_Record_PageCollapsible_Intake_PageCustom_Intake_PageNo SMS Magic historical records were deleted. The SMS Magic package was not uninstalled. Automation was not disabled. The change was scoped to staff-facing Lightning page send and instruction surfaces.
Live audit found the Matter page still included a top-level SMS tab wired to smagicinteract:conversations. The page had recently been modified by Nathaniel Hatfield on 2026-05-21T12:21:22Z, but the evidence showed SMS had not actually been retired earlier; it survived as a carry-forward surface while RingCentral was added.
Recent SMS Magic outbound attempts existed, but recent failures showed Channel and senderid not mapped. That suggested the visible UI was at least capable of initiating attempts, even if current SMS Magic sender/channel configuration was broken. Because staff-facing send attempts were still possible enough to generate records, the safer fix was to remove the send surface.
