We are RSK TEAM, a game development studio. We have more than 600,000 followers across our platforms. Our flagship project, MR DONALD: SAVE VATICAN — a satirical action shooter — entered the Top 500 most wishlisted games on Steam, ranked among the Top 15 releases of 2025, and holds a Top 3 position in its genre. The game has over 9,000 reviews and a 98% positive rating.
We are primarily looking for a strong SMM Specialist — someone who lives on TikTok, Shorts, and Reels, understands how organic reach works, and knows how to create content that actually performs. Marketing experience is a plus, but not the main focus. First and foremost, we need an SMM specialist.
Languages: Russian or English required; knowledge of both is a plus.
What we need
- A cultural background in gaming: you play games, follow the news, and understand what the gaming community lives and breathes. If you are genuinely strong at SMM but not deep into gaming yet, we can teach you — send your CV anyway.
- Experience working with organic content — TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels
- Understanding of platform algorithms and why one video gets a million views while another does not
- Ability to work with Premiere Pro or CapCut — editing, pacing, delivery
- A data-driven approach — come with cases: numbers, growth, reach, conversions
- Experience shooting offline content
- Understanding of content planning, content strategy, and analytics — the ability to plan releases, content pillars, and formats
- English language skills — B2
Nice to have
- Experience with Photoshop and Figma
- Experience with Unity and Blender
- Experience with paid ads / targeting, any ad platforms
- Understanding of PR and other areas of digital marketing
- Understanding of the algorithms and specifics of publishing indie games — primarily Steam, then Xbox and PlayStation
