Summary of work done

Built and imported a native Google Sheet: SAIL SEO Keyword Opportunity and Paid Guardrails - 2026-06-02. The workbook includes Executive Summary, Ranked Opportunities, Cluster Plan, Car Accident Push, Ads Guardrails, Raw Source Keywords, and Sources tabs.

Reviewed the attached CSV and excluded export footer rows. The file produced 94 usable keyword rows. Pulled Semrush batch metrics for all 94 keywords, Semrush domain organic rankings for aguiarinjurylawyers.com, NotFair enabled-campaign Google Ads evidence, and live public page inspections.

The top SEO push is the Louisville car accident and car wreck cluster. Live evidence showed the canonical car page title is strong, but the H1 is "Car Accident Injury Cases," the page has no exact "car wreck" phrase in the text scan, and multiple car URL variants create canonical/internal-link cleanup opportunities. The workbook documents title, H1, car wreck language, canonical cleanup, rankings, internal links, FAQ/content, and paid final URL recommendations.

Built the practice-area cluster plan for truck, motorcycle, dog bite, slip/fall, premises liability, wrongful death, pedestrian, Uber/rideshare, and bicycle. Confirmed live target URLs before assigning recommended target pages.

Repaired the canonical content-gap-hunter skill at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/content-gap-hunter/SKILL.md and updated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/SKILL-INDEX.md. The skill now covers attached keyword files, enabled-only Google Ads guardrails, live URL verification, Semrush evidence, sheet output structure, and the rule that SEO files are organic roadmaps first unless account data supports paid expansion.

Evidence and QA

Google Sheet import readback confirmed seven tabs and correct top-ranked rows. Local workbook export completed with 94 ranked rows, a formula-error scan found no errors, and a rendered preview was visually checked.

NotFair evidence used enabled campaigns/ad groups only by default. The refresh covered 2025-06-03 through 2026-06-02. The enabled inventory found 14 exact source-file terms currently enabled in enabled campaigns. Only the exact source-file term "sam aguiar" showed exact search-term conversion evidence in the refresh. The bid posture review found no tCPA/tROAS caps on enabled Maximize Conversions search campaigns, and a $150 effective CPC bid field on the enabled phrase keyword "truck accident lawyer" in the Lexington truck ad group.

Semrush evidence pulled on 2026-06-02 included batch metrics for all 94 keywords and domain organic rankings. Notable car cluster findings included car accident lawyer louisville at position 12 on the home page and position 20 on the car page, louisville car accident lawyer at position 7 on the home page and position 25 on the car page, and louisville car wreck lawyer at position 9 on the home page.

Decisions made

No paid bulk keyword expansion was recommended. The file is strongest as an SEO and page-targeting roadmap. Paid additions should wait for URL, ad group, and final URL alignment.

The recommended first SEO action is canonical car accident/wreck cleanup and page signal consolidation. The next paid-search review should inspect the truck keyword bid field and the motorcycle terms currently housed in a car accident ad group.

Still pending

No live website content was changed. No Google Ads writes were made in this session. The skill registry validation command in SKILL-INDEX.md points to a missing script path, so registry validation was limited to direct file/readback checks. That validator path should be repaired in a future maintenance pass.

Suggested next steps

Use the Google Sheet as the working roadmap. A good next session can start with the Car Accident Push tab, then stage title/H1/internal-link/FAQ changes for review through the normal WordPress content workflow. Another useful session can inspect the truck URL duplicate and the $150 effective CPC bid field before any truck paid expansion.

Continue from the Google Sheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gvYpzBMNALVlK5XKEEToZmNHeZapfhlQi2m_V1ELRk0. Focus first on the Car Accident Push tab. Verify live WordPress content before staging changes. Do not modify published post_content directly. Use enabled-only Google Ads scope unless Sam asks for historical/paused data. Preserve the organic-first rule from the updated content-gap-hunter skill.
