Activities/tips that may help if you are having an off day
- Affirmations always (I know sometimes they feel silly but they really do work, try to incorporate them into your day by writing them down, saying them out loud or whispering them to yourself)
- cleanse/clean room and space
- Draw, write, blurt out and express everything in your mind on paper
- Spend time at the Beach, bed, anywhere that relaxes you
- Go for a drive and blast your favourite music it doesn’t even matter where you go
- Cleaning out cupboard, chuck out/donate any clothes that make you feel uncomfortable or insecure
- Audiobooks /podcasts (you can find some linked above however if you are after more never hesitate to message & I will send some of my favourites 🤍)
- List aleast one thing you’re grateful for
- Time alone-finding activities that make you happy and make a conscious effort to do these more often
- Make or edit your playlists
- Reorganise your phone screen, room, car, Pinterest board, etc
- Shower/ocean swim- wash away the thoughts and negative energy
- Self care always
- Skincare or treatments
- Unfollow people and pages who make you feel insecure or make you doubt yourself
- Movement of any kind, even stretching!
- Movies or fav show
- Drink more water, herbal teas or fruit water, if you don’t like water, just up your fluids ♡
- Allow yourself time, there is so much time, so much time for more moments and memories, you have time to relax
