SDM Benchmarking for PoC 2 (Block-Level Warming

Overview

Blocks over the past day with minimum gas used of 1M, 2M and 4M were replayed and refunds based on Block-Level Warming are applied.

Higher-gas blocks show larger absolute refunds per block, but lower percentage savings as block gas usage rises.

Absolute refund grows with block size: average refund rises from ~424k gas at the 1M filter to ~833k gas at the 4M filter.
Relative savings decline with block size: savings rate drops from 20.3% to 16.3% to 11.5%.
Bigger blocks save more gas in raw terms, but less as a share of total gas used.
