What was done

Ran notion_paged_query.py (REST paged path) from the canonical Projects/Skills/sail-kb-daily-pulse folder. No has_more cap hits on any bucket.
Built the pulse report with build_report.py (248 lines, under the 300-line target).
Mirrored the report to the Codex archive and the workspace root, and wrote the QA queue file.
Updated pulse_history.json with the 2026-06-14 datapoint.

Why the session ended
