Daily Pulse Summary (2026-06-06)

What was done

Ran the SAIL KB Daily Pulse v3 pipeline. notion_paged_query.py walked all 8 buckets via Notion REST pagination with zero cap hits. build_report.py produced a 213-line report (under the 300-line target). Outputs mirrored to the Codex archive and workspace root, and pulse_history.json was updated with today's snapshot. Needs Follow-up bucket totals (106+83+17=206) reconcile exactly with the shared live backlog count, so the figure is trustworthy.

Notable signal outside scope

A cluster of today's Needs Follow-up items report sandbox disk-full (ENOSPC) blocks across multiple unrelated scheduled tasks: Programmatic SEO (twice-daily) blocked at Phase 0, Image Audit write lanes dead, Pelvic Fracture and Knee Injuries spoke deploys blocked, Litify GCLID diagnostic shell-blocked, plus a Cowork VM Disk Cleanup task. This pulse run itself completed without disk issues, but the pattern suggests the Cowork sandbox filled up earlier today and stalled several write-dependent agents. Worth a look before the next deploy-heavy run.

Why the session ended

Completed. All five pipeline stages finished: pre-flight, paged query, report build, output mirroring, and post-run QA.

Recommended next actions

Handoff for next agent

Pipeline is healthy and self-contained. Scripts live at Projects/Skills/sail-kb-daily-pulse (canonical) with kb_live_backlog.py one level up at Projects/Skills. The vault key resolves env-first then via the globbed sandbox path patched 2026-06-05. No skill edits were applied this run, so no rollback copies were created today. If you re-run, dedup on the title before creating a second KB entry. The em-dashes visible in Section A/B/C are inside real Notion page titles created by other agents and are reproduced verbatim by design; do not rewrite source titles to satisfy the no-em-dash style rule.
