Session Objective
Build the first SAIL Command Center panel for Today's Attention using the SAIL Command Center semantic layer and live reads from Litify/Salesforce, email, Slack/Teams, Notion, Google Drive, and GitHub.
What Was Accomplished
- Ran Data Analytics build-dashboard preflight; onboarding was complete and the SAIL Command Center semantic layer was present.
- Read the semantic-layer and source-inventory rules before querying sources.
- Pulled live Salesforce/Litify task evidence through
LITIFY_ORG.
- Pulled Outlook unread mail, Gmail unread mail, Slack mention search, Teams recent threads, Notion KB pages, Google Drive recent docs, and GitHub open PRs.
- Validated and rendered an MCP Data Analytics dashboard artifact titled
SAIL Command Center: Today's Attention.
Key Findings
- The panel ranked 11 action items with 2 P0 same-day items, 4 P1 decisions, and 5 P2 review items.
- Top P0s were a new med-mal/nursing-home intake and the approval-gated PMax 2026 guarded reactivation path.
- Salesforce/Litify is live, but Sam-owned open overdue tasks total 399 with 0 due today, so raw overdue tasks need filtering before becoming a clean daily card.
- PR #44,
live: real-time Today strip — CallRail, Outlook, Notion, Litify, is open, mergeable, and directly aligned with the command-center goal.
- One Teams Intake Alerts thread fetched with an empty workflow body, which should be checked as a possible alert-rendering issue.
Caveats
- Inbox-derived rows were contact-trimmed in the dashboard payload to avoid exposing phone numbers, email addresses, or private contact details.
- Outlook unread results were first-page only and had
has_more=true; the panel intentionally prioritized high-signal items rather than paging every unread message.
- Notion and Drive were treated as operating-context lanes, not primary metric truth.
- No BI platform is connected yet, so the first panel was rendered in the Data Analytics MCP artifact surface.
