Determine how to migrate the SAIL Boat calendar to the SAIL AWAY calendar.
Outlook Calendar connector access was used read-only. The available calendars include SAIL Boat, owned by Nathaniel Hatfield at Hatfield@kylawoffice.com, with edit access. SAIL AWAY did not appear in the connected calendar list.
Use a two-phase migration. First, expose or create SAIL AWAY as the destination Outlook calendar and verify edit access. Second, inventory SAIL Boat events in a bounded date range, copy events to SAIL AWAY, QA counts and sample event details, then freeze or archive SAIL Boat after a rollback window.
Destination calendar visibility is the blocker. Once SAIL AWAY appears in the connector, a future agent can run an event inventory and copy plan. No live events were created, moved, deleted, or modified in this session.
Continue the SAIL Boat to SAIL AWAY migration. First list Outlook calendars and confirm SAIL AWAY is visible and editable. Then inventory SAIL Boat events for the requested date range, export a backup, copy events to SAIL AWAY, QA count parity plus a sample of event bodies, attendees, recurrence, reminders, and privacy, and only then recommend retiring SAIL Boat.
