The SAFE Fundraising app helps your organization raise capital onchain using legally valid SAFE notes—standardized investment agreements designed by MetaLex Pro (Gabe Shapiro). It streamlines the process of generating enforceable legal contracts, collects required investor details, and facilitates onchain settlement via USDC.

How it Works

This application combines legal contract generation, investor data capture, and USDC-based fundraising into one seamless workflow:

• Define your SAFE terms

  Set your valuation cap, investment amount (principal), dispute resolution method, and SAFE ID. A unique content-addressed link (IPFS) ensures the contract’s immutability and auditability.

• Add investor details

  Choose whether this SAFE is open or restricted to specific investors. For each investor, you can record:

  • Name
  • Wallet address
  • Contact email
  • Investor type (e.g., individual, corporation)

• Auto-generate your SAFE

  The app draws from information in your Mezzanine organization (entity name, signer roles, contacts) and your form inputs to generate a final, legally-binding SAFE note.

• Raise USDC onchain

  Investors send USDC directly to your treasury wallet. Payments and contracts are linked in your Evergreen fundraising documents and are fully auditable.
