Draft for the S3 Builders Session after bootcamp:

A little talk, before presenting the structures:

There's a need to design better what will happen in the next few months, so the builders (and the champions), have clarity on the path of what is going on, and can plan ahead their commitment.

I would say that Jan-Mar should be focus on the Onboarding and Integration of the new builders into our Ecosystem, in fact to our DAO.

One of the premisses on why the Bootcamp was created was to increase the retention on the builders into our DAO. If you look at the numbers, only a few people builders stay in touch with our community and even less activelly contribute to it. Of course, there's many factors, and it's totally normal to loose people along the way, but we can increase the people (including builders to be around). Our DAO is all about “TRAINING GEN ZERS TO USE WEB3 TO BUILD A BRIGHTER FUTURE” and here is a way to mesure and assure their participation in the DAO is good, and they are, in fact, learning how to build a brighter future using web3, right?

I designed the bootcamp following a methodology called 🧠Head, ❤️Hearts and 👋Hands, super simple yet powerful.

  1. 🧠 Head: gain knowledge !
  2. ❤️ Hearts: connect with our mission and with your peers !
  3. 👋 Hands: get in action !

Using an analogy about the intention on the 3 weeks of the camp using:

During this time we could see who's has committed to join our rocket, after giving them a little tour at our space station, presented them to our staff, gave them a little intro about the space… we got a natural selection of our crew. what's now?

We can get deeper into the 🧠Head, ❤️Hearts and 👋Hands during Jan-March to make sure they are not only onboarded into our DAO, but in fact integrated.
