The role

We’re looking for a Rust Developer who’s more than just a coder. Someone curious, self-driven, and open to growing with modern tools, including AI/LLMs. You won’t be just building trading systems, but we value people who are not afraid of AI, use it wisely and are willing to learn fast and iterate.

You’ll be a key part of our backend team, working on performance-critical systems, with full ownership of your solutions. We value clarity, learning from mistakes, and engineers who ask, communicate, and grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-performance backend services in Rust;
2. Design and implement REST/HTTP APIs;
3. Integrate with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and Kafka;
4. Optimize algorithms and data structures for low latency and scale;
5. Write clean, tested, and well-structured code;
6. Ensure reliability through automated testing (unit/integration);
7. Participate in code reviews, give and receive feedback, and learn together;

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in backend/system development;
2. 3+ years in Rust development (production or close-to);
3. Solid understanding of architecture, data structures, and performance tuning;
4. Familiar with Docker, Linux, Git, and CI tools;
5. Exposure to PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.;
6. (Nice to have) experience with Python (3.8+) for automation or light integration work;
7. Language: Russian or English

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with AI/LLM tools;
2. Crypto, DeFi, or fintech project experience;
3. Previous work on high-load trading or financial systems;
4. Experience with Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks;
5. Comfort with distributed systems and scalable architecture;
