About Runner 1

Runner 1 is a running app designed to help you

run longer at a comfortable pace, not faster.

It uses your heart rate and cadence

to guide you through aerobic running without pushing too hard.

During your run, Runner 1 quietly steps in only when needed,

using haptics and voice feedback to support you without distraction.


Getting Started

How do I start a run?

After launching the app,

tap [Start Run] on your Apple Watch

or press the running icon in the iOS app to begin.

During your run, you can see your current pace, heart rate,

and cadence in real time.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Runner 1 is designed to work with Apple Watch.

For accurate heart rate and cadence guidance,

using an Apple Watch is strongly recommended.
