After launching the app,
tap [Start Run] on your Apple Watch
or press the running icon in the iOS app to begin.
During your run, you can see your current pace, heart rate,
and cadence in real time.
Runner 1 is designed to work with Apple Watch.
For accurate heart rate and cadence guidance,
using an Apple Watch is strongly recommended.
