Routine Journey is developed and operated by Daniel Moore (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Routine Journey is designed to be simple, family-friendly, and private by default. Most of the information you create in the app stays on your device, while limited backend data may be used for AI features, subscription verification, and security. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Routine Journey stores information you create in the app, such as:

• routines
• lists
• tasks
• estimated times
• streaks
• completion and progress information

This information is stored locally on your device.

We do not maintain a Developer-owned central server containing your full routine or list history.

1.2 Optional AI Feature Input

If you choose to use AI routine or list generation, the text you enter into the AI brain dump field is transmitted securely off your device so the feature can work.

This may include information you type such as:

• routines you want to create
• tasks or checklist items
• timing details
