Rosa Care Organisation

Rosa Care Organisation is a registered non-profit in Zimbabwe (PVO 15/2020). We are seeking programmatic or financial support to strengthen community initiatives that empower vulnerable groups, especially girls, women, and persons with disabilities, in rural Zimbabwe. Since 2004, Rosa Care Organisation has worked to address the needs of orphaned children, girls, women, and persons with disabilities in underserved communities. Our initial pilot projects in Chikomba and Buhera districts supported ten vulnerable girls with school fees and essential care. Over nearly 20 years, we have grown to implement more than 20 projects focused on education, health, disability inclusion, women’s economic empowerment, and child protection.

We are currently looking for partners to support the following:

  1. Educational sponsorships for orphaned and vulnerable girls, to promote equal access to quality education;
  2. Provision of assistive devices and inclusive training to help persons with disabilities fully participate in community life;
  3. Improved access to clean water, sanitation, and renewable energy in rural schools and centres;
  4. Women-led livelihood and food security programs, especially in climate-affected communities.

Your support would greatly help us advance gender equality, social inclusion, and sustainable development at the grassroots level. We would welcome the chance to share a formal proposal or discuss how we can collaborate to achieve these goals.
