What is expected of you

Ministry Leader

• Have a clear vision/ purpose for the ministry and it’s people

• Lead by example

• always do the hard thing, the things nobody wants to do.

• Ensure the core team of the ministry is spiritually fed and convicted to serve

• Ensure the ministry is cared for

• When service core, set 1 person to send encouragement message to the leaders groupchat, 1 person to do main huddle

• Lead Creative Session Word

• Lead Creative Session Breakouts for any department

• Update notion page, linktree, roster sheet

• Set Creative Direction for the year/ event

• Provide resources for each department (sd card, fonts, lens, overlays, etc.)

• Set Roster for big events like camp/ easter/ christmas

• Lead/ assist in decor for events (easter, christmas, baptism)

Assistant Ministry Leader

• Keep track of content being posted for the week

• Ensure the core team of the ministry is spiritually fed and convicted to serve

• Ensure the ministry is cared for

• Lead Creative Session Word if Ministry Leader is absent/ requests for

• Lead Creative Session Breakouts for preferred department

• Assist in providing resources for each department (sd card, fonts, lens, overlays, etc.)

Head of Videography

• Oversee/ Edit Main videos such as Camp Recap
• Review FINAL Videos submitted and has the final say for approval
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

Head of Photography

• Send message in the Serving Team groupchat about Photos style and what to improve for each member serving for the week
• Lead the Photographers Breakout for Creative Sessions
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

Head of Designs

• Review FINAL Designs submitted and has the final say for approval
• Lead the Designers Breakout for Creative Sessions
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

Head of People

• Set Roster for the year
• Update Serving Team Groupchat by Monday every week
• Keep track of Skill level and attitudes for each member
• Keep skill level tracker for members updated
• support whoever is leading breakouts for Creative Sessions
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

Video Cores

• Give feedback/ review to any video projects submitted
• Teach MCP/ livestream to members (whether it’s for events/ regular service)
• Be as supportive to the Ministry as you can
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

Photo Cores

• On Saturdays, be ready to help and assist photogs that are serving
• Support HOD during Creative Sessions during breakouts (shush people, walk around ask if anyone needs help, etc.)
• Be as supportive to the Ministry as you can
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

Design Cores

• Give feedback/ review to designers who are serving
• Be on standby every Saturday for Stories
• Support HOD during Creative Sessions during breakouts (shush people, walk around ask if anyone needs help, etc.)
• Be as supporttive to the Ministry as you can
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat

People Cores

• Keep track of attendance for every Creative Session
• Compile list of people who are unable to make it for Creative Sessions, and update the attendance tracker
• Be as supporttive to the Ministry as you can
• React/ respond to any announcement message sent in the groupchat
