HOSTING INSTRUCTIONS

• Select a winning rock for today, it can be any of the 15 featured rock items. Players sending this rock will be rewarded with prizes below.
• Check item log for new players pending prize redemption Members will be sending their (rock) selections to our host for this featured event throughout the month. Members sending today’s ‘winning rock’ will be logged below for prizes.* All other rocks should be promptly returned to sender.*
• Record the players rock rewards in the table below. Add the players name in the field below (linking their prize profile for reference) and select a rock reward from the field provided. rock prize items will not be displayed for this selection (more than 10 for each rock), allowing for a random selection to take place at this time. Once selected, the item will appear in the adjacent field. Additionally, you can click on the randomly selected prize to reveal the prize item. **
• Send the selected item to the player using the provided trade link (in survey) and update the ‘NP’ field to represent an accurate value for the item to record the expense. If the item has already been awarded and has flucuated in price beyond a negligable amount : duplicate the prize field, remove all ‘rewarded players’ from new entry, change price on new entry and change the ‘rock category’ on the original entry to ‘retired’ to omit it from further selection but allow it to be counted among your expenses/records.
