Led the complete modernization of Road Ready Telematics' visual identity and product design system, transforming a legacy industrial brand into a scalable, market-ready connected vehicle technology platform.

The work unified brand standards, product UI, sales collateral, and marketing infrastructure under a single governed system — positioning Road Ready to compete at enterprise fleet technology scale.


Challenge

Road Ready's existing brand communicated industrial supplier, not technology platform. Materials were inconsistent across product packaging, sales collateral, and digital UI — with no shared design foundation governing how the brand expressed itself across surfaces or stakeholders.

The organization needed a complete brand modernization capable of supporting product expansion, digital growth, and enterprise sales simultaneously.


Solution

Architected a complete visual style guide establishing typography hierarchy, color and gradient architecture, logo governance, brand pattern system, and photography direction. Extended the system across product packaging, sales collateral, distributor materials, and digital UI. Designed the fleet management dashboard interface — including home dashboard, bar chart data visualization, notification architecture, and trailer status tablet views. Built a before/after widget comparison demonstrating measurable UX improvement. Established the full brand application system across social media, business cards, and marketing surfaces.
