These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RiseCare mobile application ("RiseCare", the "App") provided by Hadrien Patin (sole proprietor / independent developer) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- Who the App is for
The App is intended for general wellness and educational purposes for adults. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Not medical advice
RiseCare provides general information and wellness tools. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.
- Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App.
- If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
- Your content and local storage
The App may allow you to create or store content such as photos, notes, check-ins, and plan items ("User Content").
- By default, User Content is stored locally on your device.
- We do not receive, view, or access your photos or other locally stored content unless you explicitly share it outside the App (for example, by exporting and sending it yourself).
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any device passcode/biometric protections
- Backing up your device data if you want to preserve your content
- Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where permitted by law)
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its security features
- Misuse the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Subscriptions and payments (RevenueCat / Apple)
Some features may require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Purchases are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We use RevenueCat as a service provider to help validate subscription status and provide Premium access.
